…And I pray, that you, being rooted and established in love, May have power…to know His love that surpasses knowledge – that you maybe filled to measure of all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:17-19

God has loved us enough to give us victory in Jesus, our Lord. In these challenging times, God’s love is always around us. We have memories of ways He has blessed our lives from time to time. I encourage you to take notice of the little things God does everyday.

Some of these little things happen regularly (e.g. you wake up; you are alive; you feel well, you are breathing). Others are special like a favourite song, the birds that sing on the trees in the morning. Or, unexpected things like something someone says that really helps you.

We all must learn the art of noticing little things. These things are all God’s handiwork. They come in colours like beautiful lemon fruits, a bloom in the garden, an old card from a friend and more…

Look my friends, be amazed and be encouraged!

God bless you this new season!

An overflowing heart

Happy Spring day from Auckland New Zealand my friends!🌻🌱

“My heart is bursting with a new song; lyrics to my king erupt like a spring for my king, to my king; my tongue is the pen of a poet, ready and willing.” (Psalm 45:1 The Voice)

Lord Jesus, you are so beautiful, so kind, so loving, so gentle and so gracious… My heart is filled with devotion to you!

Today is a beautiful time to reflect on the journey… Even in the midst of this pandemic invading our lives, bringing unprecedented changes, we have hope. I’m looking up to God, and remembering that there is one thing that will never change; no matter what life throws at us, “the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him…” (Psalm 103:17).

Despite Covid-19 pandemic, God is still with us and He has not forgotten us. God still answers our prayers even when we sometimes lack in faith to persevere. This last weekend, my son and his wife finally got married, surrounded by their three children and just some of our close family members.

New Zealand is a beautiful place and the location chosen was at a tiny town by the sea. It has meaning as its where my son’s wife is from. A most idyllic place – on the sand dunes by the sea – with beautiful sceneries of the sea and mountains, hills of (Port Waikato, Maraetai Bay). The special occasion has given our family some beautiful memories to look back to especially at unsettled times like we’re experiencing now.

God promises:

“I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Deuteronomy 31:6 NKJV).

“For I know the thoughts that I think towards you says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV).

Therefore, how fitting it is to praise God from the bottom of my heart, giving Him honour for all He has done! God created time, and He is never late. No prayers are wasted for our loved ones…

And, I will continue to look up to God as the journey continues…

Be encouraged!
